1. Initial consultation includes a FREE 15-20 minute session of what to expect and the counseling services offered. Client is then sent an in-take form.
2. Timeline consultation includes a one hour comprehensive consultation into all aspects of clients health history. This session may include a brief discussion of recent lab work.
3. Journal handouts will be sent to the client to FIll out daily for the next two months.
4. Matrix consultation includes description of clients’ health and health concerns. Nutritional counseling begins as well as finalizing client goals.
5. Nutritional consultation includes diet/nutrition discussion of the client journal of the foods eaten, mood affected by any of these foods.
Follow up sessions include discussion of client progress , what is helping, what modifications need to be made.
Supplemental sessions include integrative complementary integrative modalities ,for example; mindfulness principles, yoga or breathing techniques, & stress management strategies. This also includes lifestyle modifications and perhaps meal planning if needed, and education on supplements if appropriate. Client will obtain permission from their medical physician, functional medicine doctor, doctor of osteopathic medicine or naturopath or healthcare provider.
