Hi, I'm Holly!

I am a  Certified Functional Nutrition Specialist and Holistic health practitioner and I am looking forward to connecting with you. My education also includes obtaining a Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy in 2016 and Master's degree in Occupational Therapy in 2008. I take a holistic approach when working with my clients that includes an individualized nutrition plan & lifestyle changes that are easy to fit into your daily routine.


I am passionate about the healing aspects of food as medicine and I am excited to share my wisdom of functional nutrition and I want to provide clients the tools to reach optimal health.


My clinical experience includes evaluating and treating  an adult population in physical rehabilitation and health management. I have integrated complementary & integrative health practices as yoga, tai chi, mindfulness, & stress management within plans of care with my patients and clients. Therapeutic activities may include meal preparation, meal planning & shopping for food as well as reading labels on food items and making good choices for a well-balanced diet.

I  work with clients and patients that have chronic illnesses and  health conditions  as autoimmune disorders, metabolic imbalances, neurological diseases, cardiac pulmonary diseases, CVA as well as patients that have had orthopedic conditions/surgeries and many other medical conditions and diseases.

My husband & I enjoy being with family as much as we can.  Living in Charleston, S.C., we enjoy being outdoors, fishing, crabbing, & boating, as well as eating great food! I am an advocate for buying from local farmers at the local farmers markets!
